The Captain reserves the right to cancel any trip due to dangerous weather/sea conditions. In this situation you will be offered another date to book a trip or your deposit will be returned.

2010 trips out on Block Island will meet at the Boat Basin in New Harbor. Overnight stays must be booked 3 months in advance for July and August...make your reservation now!


DIRECTIONS

Stratford Birdseye Boat Ramp via I-95 North: Toward New Haven
I-95 North to Exit 30 (Lordship Boulevard – CT 113)
- Follow the ramp slightly to the right toward Sikorsky Airport for approx. 1 mile
- Stay straight on access road for approx. 1 mile
- Turn Left at Main Street (3-way intersection) Dunkin Donuts and shopping area is on left
- Take next right at light after Subway (on right) and a Wendy’s to the left
- Take a right onto Birdseye Street at Stop Sign and follow straight to boat launch.
- Please park in the far left hand parking area.

Birdsey Boat Ramp via I-95 South: Toward Bridgeport
- Take Exit 32 toward West Broad Street/Stratford
- Turn Left onto Linden Ave.
- Turn Left onto W Broad St. Pass through 1 roundabout.
- Keep Right at the fork to continue on W Broad St.
- Turn Right onto Main St/CT-113.
- Turn Left onto Birdseye St. and follow to boat launch straight ahead - please park in left side lot.

Westport Outfitters and All Seasons Marine

Coming from I-95 North, simply go straight off the exit onto Park Street. Proceed through your first set of stoplights to the next set (you will be looking directly at the Saugatuck River). Take a slight right and then an immediate left into our parking lot which is attached to the All Season Marine Works facility and adjacent to the legendary Black Duck Caf?. We are the first door on the right as you enter the parking lot.

Coming from I-95 South, take Exit 17 and at the bottom of the ramp take a right and then a left onto Charles Street and a bear left onto Park Street and proceed using the directions above.

We are also located steps from the Westport Train station. Arriving from either the inbound or outbound side, you will want to exit onto Riverside Avenue and proceed north; we are approximately 100 yards up on the right.
